Writing to us about a payout
A message about money gets answered faster when it carries the things we would otherwise have to ask for: the operator's name as it appears on your account, the date you asked for the withdrawal, the amount and the payment method, and whatever the operator replied — a screenshot of the cashier page or the support chat does more than a description of it. If a figure on this site is what sent you to that operator, name the page, because the page names where its figure came from and we can check both in the same minute. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or the one-time code from your bank; nobody here needs them, and anybody who asks you for them is not us.
Where a dispute actually goes
This site is not a regulator and cannot order an operator to pay. What we can do is correct our own page, and say plainly where the complaint belongs. Start inside the operator's own complaints procedure, in writing, and keep the reference number it gives you. If that runs out, the body that hears it depends on the licence the operator actually holds. A Kenyan licence answers to the Gambling Regulatory Authority, created by the Gambling Control Act 2025 and in force since 26 August 2025, which took over the files of the Betting Control and Licensing Board when the handover finished in February 2026 — which is why paperwork issued under the old board still says BCLB. An operator licensed offshore answers to the authority printed on its own licence page instead, and a shortlist row on this site says which of the two you are dealing with before you deposit.
